Midsummers Eve
In the afternoon we went to Karins summerhouse. We were 12 people in total and we had made a songbook with many scnapps songs for the dinner. We had so much food and dessert and lots of laughter. One of the schnapps was made partly from beaver... yes you read it right!
Later in the evening we played games and danced around the little glass ornament midsummer pole because we had not made a real one. The midnight sun is perfect for this summer celebration!
Midsummers Day

traditions, which we swedes like and make the most of as many of you know.
During the day we went to Gammelstad (where the old church is) where
